P3000 series A-type high-speed laser cladding machine

P3000 series A-type is a machine tool type laser cladding machine with rectangular coordinate moving axis, which is mainly used for high-speed cladding of outer wall and inner hole cladding , and can also be used for laser quenching of large shaft parts.


Internal and external repair : It can realize high-speed cladding of outer wall and inner wall.

Give consideration to thickness : Thin coating cladding (0.1-0.3mm), thick coating cladding (0.3-1.5mm), or multi-layer cladding can be carried out. 

Low cost :The utilization rate of the material is more than 86%, and the cladding layer is flat, which can be directly ground and polished. The cost is as low as 1/3 of the traditional cladding.

High efficiency : The forming efficiency can reach 0.7-1.0m2/h, which is 3 times of the traditional cladding rate.

Design large workpiece size : Length 3m, Diameter 400mm

J500 series laser teaching and research machine

J500 is a laser cladding and quenching equipment designed and developed by our company for the processing of small parts in factories and the technical research and development needs of scientific research institutes. The machine tool is equipped with high-end four axis industrial machine tools and customized laser head, the following functions can be achieved 


Realize the regular and high-speed cladding of the excircle : Diameter 0~250mm  Maximum length 900mm.

Realize inner hole cladding function : Diameter 60~250mm  Maximum length 500mm.

Realize the mixed processing of different materials and manufacture of gradient materials : Continuous variable mixed manufacturing of two materials.

Realize laser metal direct  forming process.

Realize the quenching process of parts : Rectangular facula : 30*3/15*4/10*3mm or other customized facula.


The machine tool is also very suitable for mass and efficient production. The machine tool has compact design, high integration, convenient system operation and simple programming. It can be used for the outer surface or inner wall of hydraulic support piston rod, movable column, intermediate cylinder, roll, rotor and other parts, oil cylinder and shaft parts.
