PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) established in 1976, as a state owned company in Bandung, Indonesia, is a sole aircraft manufacturer in South East Asia with a diversified portfolio such as: Aircraft Design & Production, Aircraft & Engine Services, Aerostructures, and Engineering Services etc.. PTDI has two other subsidiaries located in Bandung, Indonesia and Seattle, USA.

PTDI’s top notch products include N219 aircraft to connect remote areas, globally proven CN235-200 and NC212i that can be used for various missions and rotary wing aircrafts. PTDI has successfully delivered 467 units to 50 customers across diverse regions in the world.

Linkfield Technologies Pte. Ltd. is PTDI’s sole reseller in China. LINKFIELD was founded in 2023, in Singapore and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Avitra Aerospace Technologies Pte. Ltd. (AVITRA). AVITRA is responsible for the development of PTDI’s supply chain in China, and also the setting up of N219 aircraft’s manufacturing facility in China.

N219 - SOLUTIONS FOR REMOTE & RURAL AREA 

N219 is an aircraft that is specifically designed by PTDI to open up remote, small cities, counties and rural areas, as well as to increase the connectivity between cities that will certainly help to improve people economy growth.


It is a new generation multi-purpose aircraft with a spacious cabin and advanced features, using a proven and high population of engine from Pratt & Whitney PT6-42A, equipped with fixed landing gear to perform best and short take-offs and landings on unpaved runway under 800 meters. N219 could be operated for various missions such as Cargo Transport (Max Payload 2.05 tons), Passenger Transport (19 seats), Medical Evacuation (4 stretchers + 5 passenger seats),  Surveillance and Search & Rescue, and can change configuration quickly. N219 will also have the amphibious version in 2024, it will have the ability to take off and land on the water after installing floats.

CN235-200 VERSATILE PLATFORM AIRCRAFT

The well-proven CN235-220 was designed by CASA (Airbus Spain) and PTDI and is the lowest cost solution to meet the needs and requirements of various government and non-government organizations for the light-medium class of aircraft.   


CN235-200 offers a wide range of advantages, such as: CN235-220 is the one and only aircraft equipped with ramp door in its class, CN235-200 is equipped with a new generation full glass cockpit from Genesys, autopilot, equipped with winglet, pressurized cabin, short take-off and landing operations on the runway of 1,000 meters, and multi purpose & quick change configuration for up to 5 configurations (Cargo (Max Payload 4 tons), passenger transport (40 seats), VIP/VVIP, Medical Evacuation and Special Mission configuration) in one aircraft with approximately 1h 30minutes time of change between one configuration to another, multi hop capability, high reliability and easy for maintenance.

NC212i FULFILL THE NEEDS OF VARIOUS MISSION

NC212i was designed by CASA (Airbus Spain), is the improved version of NC212 series, and is the one and only aircraft equipped with ramp door in its class. NC212i provides high performance and versatility with proven experience in the most varied environment to operate in extremely demanding missions.


NC212i, has the biggest payload for the maximum 3 tons, compared to the competitors in the same class which can only offer for less that 3 tons of payload. The seat capacity of NC212i for civilian version is 28 seats. It equipped with new generation Avionic Systems from Universal and autopilot from Genesys, a spacious cabin with the largest volume and cross-section for 2.1 meters of wide and 1.8 meters of height, and the ability to take off and land on unpaved runways with 800 meters of runway.


NC212i is a product with a great demand, it provides high performance and versatility with proven experience in the various mission configurations such as Cargo, Civil passenger transportation, Medical Evacuation, and Special Mission (Rain Making) configuration.


NC212i stands out due to its low maintenance, and cost-effectiveness throughout its life cycle in 25 to 30 years.

PTDI is a part of global supply chain for military and commercial aircraft for world known global manufacturer. Working with global aerospace companies like Airbus Helicopters, Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (BHTI), Spirit Aero System, and Korean Air allows PTDI to integrate into the global aerospace supply chain. These partnerships involve the manufacture of important aerostructure components like wings, empennage, and fuselage for several types of aircraft such as Airbus A320, A321 and A350 for commercial sector.
